What is the Purple Guide?
The Purple Guide is the events industry’s guidance for health, safety and welfare at events. PulseAid plans event medical cover from each event’s medical risk assessment and aligns its approach with the Purple Guide.
What staff can you provide?
Depending on the event and its risk assessment, we can provide staff ranging from First Aiders and First Responders through Emergency Care Assistants and Emergency Medical Technicians to HCPC registered Paramedics.

What is the difference between a welfare pop-up stall and a staffed welfare tent?
A welfare pop-up stall is a retail-style shop selling practical event essentials such as suncream, after sun, ear plugs and ponchos. A staffed welfare tent is a separate, dedicated area for rest, shelter, welfare support and care, with staffing planned around the event’s needs.
How do I get a quote?
